A note to our patients
Because our priority is always patient care, and our mission; to provide you with the highest quality care, to expedite our clinic flow and avoid delays, we ask that you call ahead if you are going to be 10-15 minutes late. Also, if you’re unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance, or earlier, so that we can make that time available to someone else.
If we learn that the doctor will be unable to make it to the office because of a surgical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you in a reasonable time so that we can reschedule your appointment. We work very hard to make this the exception, not the rule.
If you have an emergency, please call us as soon as you notice symptoms so that we can work you into the office schedule. If you wait until 5:00 p.m., it may be necessary for you to receive your initial evaluation and care in the emergency room.
